Arturo Fermandois

Founding Partner

Founding partner of Estudio Fermandois. Ambassador of Chile to United States from 2010 to 2012. He specializes in the areas of Public Law, Regulated Sectors and Dispute Resolution. Mr. Fermandois has advised multiple national and international companies in a vast array of matters, mostly linked with Public Law, as well as Ministries, Governmental Agencies and public-held companies. He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce since 2009. He has been arbitrator of the International Court of Arbitration, of ICC, Paris, (2020-2021). Mr. Fermandois is a professor of constitutional law at the P. Catholic University of Chile Law School and has published three books on public law and more than fifty specialized articles.
