Partners Arturo Fermandois, José Manuel Díaz de Valdés and Domingo Poblete participate in the XLIX Chilean Conference on Public Law UC

On October 17th and 18th, the XLIX Chilean Conference on Public Law was held at the Pontificia Universidad Católica. The meeting, which is held annually, seeks to bring together professors of public law from all over the country. This time the call invited to reflect on Public Law for Institutional Modernization, where more than a hundred papers were presented during both days.

On Thursday 17th, the inaugural conference was presented by Mr. Juan Carlos Cassagne, director of the Institute of Administrative Law of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires and partner of Estudio Cassagne Abogados, in Argentina.

On Friday 18th, Arturo Fermandois, partner of the Law Firm, presented his paper with the theme: “The Constitutional Principle of Good Faith”.

José Manuel Díaz de Valdés, presented his paper with the theme “The Constitutionalization of Antidiscrimination Law”.
